We’re excited to announce that we’re now using Famly, an all-in-one online booking platform at all our Playcentres. 

From now on, you will be able to make booking requests, see invoices and make payments online through the Famly app. We are excited to move all our bookings over to this platform, as it will make the booking and payment process faster and easier for you and us. 

With Famly, you’ll be able to access pictures, videos, and announcements via the newsfeed, or your child’s profile. You can also update permissions, report sickness and holidays and send direct messages to us whenever you need at the click of a button. 

What Do I Need To Do?

New Families

If you have not used our services before, please fill in the relevant registration form:

If you prefer to do things offline, please drop into your Playcentre between 4pm and 6pm, Monday to Friday. 

If You Already Use Our Services

For families who already use our services, you should have received a separate Welcome Email from Famly guiding you through how to set up your Famly account as a parent.

When you get the email, all you need to do is to follow these steps:

  1. Activate your free Famly account by clicking the "create a password" link in your Welcome Email. Your account will already be set up for you, and all you have to do is create your password. Read more about logging into the app for the first time here. You can download the app for iPhones/iPads from the Apple Store and for Android phones and tablets on the Google Play or Amazon Appstore

  2. Confirm the info on your child’s profile. The first time you log in, we highly recommend that you go to your child’s profile and confirm that the information is correct. If anything needs to be changed, you can do this yourself directly on the profile or by informing us.

  3. Set your account preferences and notifications. You can adjust your notification preferences within your profile settings on the app.

  4. Set up your payment details. Before you can pay for your sessions, you will need to add your payment details.

  5. Book your place. Once you are set up, you can book sessions by hitting the request care button on your child's profile tab.
