Lé Ho-Everiste

Chair

Le is a co-founder of PACE. As a MA qualified Community and Youth Worker, Le has worked in both the voluntary and public sector for over 10 years specialising in community engagement and research. Currently working within Strategy, Insight and Engagement at Essex County Council, Le is also the Chair of Hertfordshire’s All Age Autism Partnership Board.

John Mann

Vice-Chair

John worked for Camden Council from 1974 until 1982 as a manager in the Play Service and then moved to the Council’s Sport and Physical Activity service in which he held several positions until his retirement in 2009. Amongst other duties during this time John represented Camden on the Regional Sports Council, was Vice Chair of the London Youth Games and served on the London NHS Working Party on Cardiac Health.

Throughout his Camden career he was a trade union activist with NALGO and then UNISON and since his retirement he has worked as a part-time organiser for Camden UNISON.

Claire Dishington

Trustee

Claire has over 20 years’ experience in the public sector, including 15 years working at an executive level, playing a key role in the development of new partnerships delivering nursery provision under the Sure Start and Children’s Centres initiative. She has held several consultancies and senior finance and operational leadership roles within the charitable sector.  

Claire is passionate about efficiency, cost-effectiveness, improving service delivery and supporting innovation. She also has a keen interest in ensuring robust financial management and governance structures support the delivery of high-quality services that make a difference to peoples’ lives.


Claire lives with her partner and their two pre-school children in North London. She advises and sits on several local charity and not-for-profit boards and committee groups.

Guy Smith

Trustee

Guy is Operations Lead at the Paul Mellon Centre in London, an educational charity and research institute that champions new ways of understanding British art history and culture.


Prior to this he spent 20 years in management roles in the logistics and arts sectors working with many high profile organisations, both commercial and not-for-profit.


Guy lives in Hitchin and has an MBA from the University of Hertfordshire.

Lola Balogun

Trustee

Lola Balogun transforms businesses by optimizing Programme Management Office processes and business operating models globally.

She holds a B.A in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, 15+ years of International experience spanning across the PMO capacity and an established track record of facilitating a broad range of projects across the Public and Private Sectors.

She currently works as a Project Manager in the Social network industry supporting the development of regulatory compliance solutions.

Sophie Hug Williams

Trustee

Sophie has 10 years of experience managing overseas development programmes for international children's charities focussed on child protection and education in a variety of countries including Uganda, Ethiopia and DR Congo. She has taken a career break to focus on her children as well as being a volunteer Birth Companion. 
 
Sophie has two children that have attended PACE services at Fortune Green Playcentre since 2017 and is a huge fan of the organisation.
