PACE’s Youth Connection Pathways empowers children to boost their confidence and self-esteem, build conflict resolution skills and create positive peer relationships, all while having fun.
Your child will get to enjoy healthy lifestyle activities and explore exciting educational and cultural locations in and around London, like activity centres, adventure playgrounds, local parks and museums. During these trips, the groups will receive support from our team, learn positive ways to relate to each other and offer others in the group peer support.
Sessions are offered weekly during both term-time and school holidays. Your child will be placed in a group of 8 children, based on their age. Children in Years 3 and 4 will meet on Tuesdays during term-time, and Wednesdays during the school holidays. Children in Years 5 and 6 will meet on Mondays during term-time, and Tuesdays during the school holidays.
Who is Youth Connection Pathways for?

Youth Connection Pathways is for children living in Camden who need support with social interaction and building positive peer relationships. They may experience low confidence, social isolation, anxiety, low mood or have special educational needs (SEN). The service is available to students attending Years 3 to 6.
What are the benefits?
Youth Connection Pathways helps children build their interpersonal skills to manage relationships and education settings ahead of transition to secondary school. We do this by working together to:
- Listen to and follow instructions effectively
- Build positive relationships with adults in authority
- Learn how to manage conflict
- Develop teamwork skills
- And most importantly, have fun!
How to Join Youth Connection Pathways
We work with local schools to identify children who we think will benefit from Youth Connection Pathways.
Parents who are interested in having their child attend the service should speak to their school.
If you are a school that is interested in having your students attend this programme, reach out to our Youth Connection Pathways Manager, Alex Correia.
