PACE Special Behaviour Support

PACE Special Behaviour Support provides a service for children and young people with complex behaviours. It involves developing an understanding of why, when and how certain behaviours happen and what the purpose of those behaviours are. The service aims to help children to learn new skills and ways pf communicating which will improve their quality of life and the quality of life for those around them.

Our specialist behaviour support workers provide 1:1 (or 2:1) support to children and young people who display challenging behaviours or have communications needs, to enable them to safely engage in positive activities. We provide individualised support after school, on weekends and during school holidays.

Available by referral only.
