Early Years Play Rep Early Years Play Rep This is a full time position in Camden, London Job title: Early Years Play Rep Location: Fortune Green Playcentre Salary: £23,789 - £25,664 (£13.79 per hour unqualified, £14.88 per hour qualified) Annual Leave: 28 days per annum (including public holidays) pro-rata Hours: Term-time 32.5 hours per week (41 weeks per annum), 35 hours per week during school holidays (11 weeks per annum). What to expect in this role The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of: high quality, inclusive, childcare, play and learning opportunities for low income and disadvantaged communities within Camden Borough. The Early Years Play Rep will observe and respond to children’s needs and interests contributing to the creation of a welcoming, stimulating and safe environment which supports children’s development and well-being. The Early Years Play Rep will help develop the foundations for children’s future progress through school and life. During term-time you will support the preschool to uphold EYFS standards by completing observations, children’s profiles and key working. You will also support the play service for children aged 4-12 years providing daily pick-ups from the local schools and acting as a Playworker during school holidays. As part of this role, you will work from 9am to 4pm on weekdays during term time at our Pre-School. During the School Holidays, you will have a 7-hour shift between 8am and 6pm.
