We are delighted to share some wonderful news about the recent transformation of the outdoor area at Fairfield, all thanks to the amazing volunteers from Mace Group.
In June, a dedicated team of volunteers from Mace Group rolled up their sleeves and gave our adventure playground and surrounding areas a much-needed facelift. Their hard work and enthusiasm have truly revitalised our outdoor space, making it more enjoyable for all the children.
Here’s what they accomplished:
- Painted the adventure playground and fences: The vibrant new colours have brought a fresh, cheerful look to the play area.
- Spruced up the pond: Our pond is now a cleaner, more inviting place for the kids to explore and learn about nature.
- Painted the football pitch: The pitch looks brand new and is ready for countless hours of play.
- Redid the garden area: Our garden is now blooming beautifully, providing a lovely spot for relaxation and outdoor activities.
- Replaced the sandpit: The new sandpit is a big hit, offering a perfect place for creative play.
This incredible makeover wouldn’t have been possible without the introduction and support from the Young Camden Foundation. We extend our heartfelt thanks to them for connecting us with Mace Group and their fantastic volunteers.
The children at Fairfield absolutely love their revamped outdoor area. It’s now a vibrant, engaging space where they can play, learn, and grow. We are incredibly grateful for the hard work and dedication of everyone involved.
Thank you, Mace Group volunteers, for making a lasting impact on our community!
